Pottery Workshop at Three Colts Tavern, Bethnal Green

Come down to your favourite Bethnal Green bar, Three Colts Tavern, for an evening of pottery with your pals. In this fun, relaxed and inclusive workshop we'll show you how to use the pinching technique to make small cups, bowls, trinket dishes, plant pots or whatever your heart (or the clay!) desires.
The session will be run by professional potters and good friends Flo (Florence Mytum Ceramics) and Suzy (We Are Clay). After the session Flo and Suzy will glaze and fire your piece(s) so you can keep and use them forever! They'll be ready for collection from the Three Colts Tavern around 4-6 weeks after the workshop.
Homemade pizza, locally brewed beer, wine and soft drinks will be available from the bar and can be enjoyed during the workshop.
Materials, glazing and the firing of your piece(s) are all included in the price. No experience necessary, suitable for all levels - beginners and seasoned pros alike!

Clay comes out easily from your clothes so no need to bring anything special to wear. If you have an apron you can bring it along but it is not a requirement

You may want to cut your nails before the workshop as it makes it easier but this is not a requirement
